The fourth round of the FA cup produced some brilliant match-ups, despite not having a stand-out tie. The fourth round draw last season threw up the clash between bitter rivals Liverpool and Manchester United, but there is no glorious tie this year.
This fourth round has the potential for more upsets with the likes of recently troubled Aston Villa travelling to Millwall and Luis Suarez and co. will not fancy a tricky away tie to Oldham, after they saw off Nottingham Forest in a close encounter.
Last year’s winners Chelsea have the potential of a local derby should Brentford manage to see off Southend when the two clubs meet again at Griffin Park.
Non-league side Luton are rewarded for their hard-fought win over Wolves with an away tie at in-form Norwich, who saw off a poor Peterborough side in the previous round. Macclesfield will have to wait to find out their opponents, taking on the eventual winner of the Bournemouth-Wigan match.
